Just remember that J.B Aristide stole millions from the Haitian Treasury, from US foreign aid money given to the Haitian people, from US Taxpayer's money, and also from Drug Trafficking. He has never been indicted because he is the "protege" of a powerful clan of the Democratic Party. Aristide also gave millions to powerful lobbyists in the United States as reported by the U.S Justice Department.
Just like myself, are you asking yourself why this double standard and cover-up?
Manuel Antonio Noriega was arrested by the DEA, charged with exporting tons of illegal drugs to the United States. More recently Ex-president of Guatemala Alfonso Portillo was indicted also by the US Justice Department, (January 2010), why not J.B. Aristide who shipped more illegal drugs to the US and embezzled more money than both of these men together. Why this double standard?

Another great program that was signed and passed into law by Republican President Dwight David Eisenhower on July 10, 1954, to help poor countries, but also being abused nowadays by foreign leaders and helping them to get richer quickly.
YES! we need good men and women in the US Congress to stop this entrenched corruption and protect the rights of the American people. Entrenched corruption is destroying this great Country.
